Is there another option that I'm missing? Since I do not have a WSUS and I am offline, what are my options? I've read online that to install all the FoD (Feature on Demand) I will either need to be online or have it pulled from the WSUS. I saw ADUC listed and tried to install it and it gave an error code 0x8024402c I then went to 'System', 'Apps', and 'Optional Features' This only installed a handful of the options and DID NOT INCLUDE ADUC. I attempted to use 'Programs and Features' and installed "Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services" I know that I cannot use the RSAT download (that is for 1803 and below). However, my issue is trying to install RSAT, but certain options will not install. My Windows 10 Systems are both 18 ENTERPRISE builds.
